Subscription & billing

The Subscription card on Manage Library is where the library’s plan and billing live. For the step-by-step, see Subscription & billing (workflow).

Note

Owner only. The subscription is visible and manageable only to the Library Owner — the one role that can manage billing and delete the library. Library Admins and Users don’t see this card. See Users, groups & permissions.

What the Subscription page shows

• Usage vs. plan limits — how much of your plan’s entitlement the library is using.
• Current tier and price — the plan you’re on and what it costs.
• Service and cancellation dates — when the subscription started/renews and, if applicable, its cancellation date.
• Upgrades — options to move to a higher tier when you need more.
• Payment history — a record of past charges.

Managing the subscription

From here the owner can review usage, upgrade the plan, and see billing history. Because billing actions change what the organization is charged, they’re limited to the owner.

Caution

Entering or changing payment details is a billing action handled through the owner’s account. If a change involves payment credentials, complete it yourself in the billing flow rather than sharing card or account numbers.
